[iOS] my screen is black

The chance is that you did not allow Retrica to be able to access to your Camera.
You can fix it by following below instruction:
  1. Go to Setting (iPhone)
  2. Scroll down and touch "Retrica"
  3. Turn on the authorization for Camera.
If Retrica already had an authorization for Camera and you still experience the black screen, please send us an email via contact@retrica.co
